Analyst 3, Bus Mtrcs/Analytics - Onsite (urgent Need)

Responsibilities

• Proper evaluation and interpretation of BDX contracts to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Timely execution and payment of rebates, and clear communication with team members, customers, and account representatives.
• Work cross-functionally with internal customers in Offer Development, Commercial Integrators, Sales team, BU, Accounts Payable, and SCG to resolve contract eligibility or rebate issues.
• Analysis and resolution of disputed rebates.
• Development of variance analysis reporting to identify material fluctuations in sales and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaboration with Offer Development team to initiate business process improvements, conduct root cause analysis, and validate payments.
• Providing ad-hoc reporting to key business partners and sales team.
• Maintenance of system and tracking logs for contracts, fee, and rebate processing for review by fellow analysts and management.
• Preparation of annual financial budget, quarterly financial projections, and accruals for incentive and other contractually obligated customer portfolio programs.
