About the role

Zeno is seeking a highly motivated Analysis Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team supporting the development and deployment of Radioisotope Power Systems (RPS). This role is responsible for managing analysts across structural, thermal, and nuclear disciplines, ensuring high-quality technical output in support of mission-critical programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and oversight to a team of mechanical and nuclear analysts, ensuring high-quality, timely, and technically rigorous analysis deliverables.
• Review and provide feedback on structural, thermal, and nuclear analysis work, maintaining strong engineering standards while balancing program schedules and priorities.
• Manage team workload and resource allocation across multiple projects, aligning analysis priorities with program and company needs.
• Support the professional development of team members
