Analysis Manager
About the role
The Analysis Manager will lead and scale a high-performing analysis team responsible for structural and dynamic evaluation of metallic mechanisms and integrated assemblies. This role sits at the intersection of execution and strategy—owning delivery across active programs, shaping competitive proposals, and building the next generation of analysis capability.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 6–8 analysts focused on structures, dynamics, and integrated metallic assemblies
- Balance execution across program support, proposal work, and internal capability development
- Scope analysis efforts with design, systems, and manufacturing to ensure alignment to real work scope
- Translate program needs into clear analysis plans, priorities, and deliverables
- Establish and enforce efficient, standardized analysis workflows and modeling practices
- Provide technical oversight on FEA approaches, assumptions, and results quality
- Guide transition from individual contributor work to scalable team execution
- Support proposals with technical inputs, basis of estimate, and risk identification
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders; present analysis results as needed
- Drive integration of new capabilities, including CFD and aerothermal analysis
- Mentor and develop analysts in both technical depth and execution discipline
