Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Verification Engineer

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and verifying analog/mixed-signal integrated circuits. This includes creating testbenches, writing verification scripts, and collaborating with design teams to ensure circuit functionality meets specifications.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive testbenches for various stages of verification
• Develop and execute verification scripts using industry-standard tools
• Collaborate with design teams to identify and resolve issues related to circuit functionality
• Contribute to the development and implementation of verification methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design and verification
• Experience with Verilog, VHDL, or SystemVerilog
• Strong understanding of digital logic design principles and circuit analysis techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mixed-signal circuit design and testing
• Experience with simulation tools such as ModelSim, Cadence Virtuoso, or Synopsys VCS
• Understanding of physical verification and layout-aware verification

Skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Proficiency in Python or Perl for scripting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
