Responsibilities
- Govern campaigns end-to-end: Plan, configure, and optimize high-complexity Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Strategize multichannel: Focus on inbound strategies, especially Account-Based Marketing (ABM), aligning paid media with sales objectives (full funnel).
- Tell stories with data: Translate technical KPIs into strategic reports and impactful presentations, connecting metrics to business goals.
- Consult and relationship management: Engage with clients, advocating positions, suggesting new projects, and questioning the status quo to elevate results.
- Media buying and pacing: Strictly control spending (pacing) budgets, negotiate, and contract media vehicles (online and offline).
- Innovation and AI: Implement the use of artificial intelligence for media process automation and predictive performance analysis.
Requirements
- Proven seniority in performance management, preferably in agencies.
- Advanced expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with programmatic media buying.
- Understanding of inbound marketing strategies and familiarity with ABM ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication skills for impactful presentations and direct client relationships.
- Proficiency in GA4, BI tools (Looker Studio/Power BI), and project management (e.g., ClickUp).
- Fluent English for global marketing client engagements.
- An analytical and questioning mindset that continuously seeks improvement.
- A business owner mentality with urgency, budget responsibility, and focus on ROI.
- The ability to explain complex topics simply and persuasively across different levels of stakeholders.
- Agility to adapt to a growing team and evolving processes.
