Amusement Associate (Arcade)

Essential Duties

• Engage customers to determine if their needs are met.
• Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.
• Maintain games and counters clean and attractively displayed.
• Respond to customer requests with a friendly and polite demeanor.
• Answer phone calls for general inquiries.
• Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Non-Essential Duties

• Conduct alcohol and age restriction control according to company policies.
• Handle lost and found procedures according to company policies.
• Seek ways to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness in departmental work processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of company policies and procedures.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

Physical Demands

• Regularly bends, stretches, twists, climbs, and moves with flexibility in small spaces.
• Stands and walks for extended periods without breaks during busy times.
• Uses hands and arms to handle, feel, and reach objects.
• Lifts and/or moves up to 100 lbs with assistance.
