Amphibian Keeper (Evergreen)
About the role
We are seeking a full-time Amphibian Keeper to join our Animal Department. You will be responsible for breeding adult frogs, caring for eggs, tadpoles, and froglets, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Oversee care and breeding of adult frogs
- Frog egg, tadpole, and froglet care
- Prep tasks
- Meetings and team-building
- Maintain work area cleanliness
Qualifications
- Passion for herpetology
- Amphibian husbandry experience
- High attention to detail
- An excellent work ethic
- A positive, outgoing attitude
- Strong communication skills
Special Consideration
- Frog breeding experience
- Degree in Biology/Zoology
- Professional herpetology experience
- Leadership experience
Skills
- Interest in traveling to shows/expos
- Interest in videos/social media content

Pay
$16.00/hour
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday OR Sunday through Thursday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM
