Responsibilities

• Have or obtain RETA certification
• Show strong safety leadership and adhere to safe work practices
• Collaborate with team on equipment repairs and audits
• Communicate openly and professionally with operations
• Respond promptly to unplanned and emergency work requests
• Maintain food safety and good manufacturing practices
• Be highly motivated and capable of independent work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, plus 1+ years of related experience or 4 years of direct experience in industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing environments
• Comprehensive knowledge in three or more areas such as RETA Certification, refrigeration/engine & boiler systems, electricity/motor controls, etc.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work independently
• Possess a certification or degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance, or relevant college/technical coursework
• Willingness to work all shifts, including days/evenings/overnights, extended hours, and weekends
