Job Summary
Providing in-school and after-school tutoring, mentoring, and support services in Orlando area community centers and public high schools. Focusing on math, reading, course recovery, post-secondary planning, job readiness and providing individualized and small group tutoring.
Program Information
Program end date: Summer 2027 (August 2026-May 2027; some positions ending July 2027)
Compensation
$1,110 bi-weekly

Minimum Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Some post-secondary education preferred.
- College coursework in education, language arts, and/or mathematics helpful.
- Between 30 and 60 semester hours of college preferred.
- Bilingual(English-Spanish) helpful.
- A valid Florida Driver's License is required.
Important Notes
- This is a part-time position with no guarantee of a certain number of hours and no benefits.
- This position involves working on a temp/seasonal contract which can be renewed annually based on performance and business need.

Experience In Lieu of Degree
- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree;
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
