Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (accounting, computer science, engineering, or finance preferred)
• Master's degree preferred
• 10-15 years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience with US tax
• Experience developing technology products
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work with clients and high-level leadership
• Ability to provide supervision and coaching
• Capability to set goals, assign work, and review performance
• Lead training efforts and support professional growth
• Act as a trusted advisor and primary interface
