Role Summary

The Americas Sr. Logistics Manager leads end‑to‑end logistics operations across the Americas, overseeing warehousing, transportation, trade compliance, inventory strategy, and logistics network performance. This role aligns regional business needs with Global Logistics capabilities, driving service, cost, compliance, and risk performance in a high‑volume environment. The manager partners with business leaders and the Global Logistics team to develop and execute logistics strategies, build high‑performing teams, manage budgets and projects, and foster continuous improvement through data, best practices, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams across end‑to‑end warehousing, transportation, trade compliance, and logistics across the region.
• Develop and execute logistics and inventory strategies that support business goals.
• Connect business unit needs with global logistics services and solutions.
• Work with business leaders to create logistics plans that meet customer and operational needs.
• Design and improve supply chain and logistics networks for better service, cost, and risk management.
• Track and communicate key performance metrics to internal teams and external partners.
• Manage logistics projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Set, interpret, and improve logistics policies, procedures, systems, and operating standards, including trade compliance regulations.
• Support and guide supervisors and staff to solve operational and technical problems.

Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Desired Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline (preferred).

• 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, or related operations leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading regional or multi‑country logistics operations in a complex business environment.
• Strong experience in warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and trade compliance.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing logistics strategies aligned with business and commercial objectives.
• Experience managing teams through direct leadership and/or through managers and supervisors.
• Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating with global or centralized logistics teams.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $136,157.00 – $187,216.00 per year, assuming full‑time status. Starting pay will depend on factors such as geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
