American Girl Restaurant Server- Part Time Seasonal

About the role

The Server is part of the American Girl Nashville bistro team, located inside the retail store. The role focuses on delivering food and beverages and providing an outstanding dining and party experience to Bistro guests in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Bus and set tables
• Assist with table service, including delivering beverages and food
• Stock work stations
• Deliver excellent customer service and graciously handle customer issues
• Perform diverse physical tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Physically demanding role requiring strength, mobility, and dexterity

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification preferred
• 1 to 2 years of runner, busser, or server experience in a high‑volume fine‑casual dining or related restaurant (preferred)
• Experience working with children preferred

Pay

$12 per hour base pay plus tips

Schedule

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
