Responsibilities
- Delivery of on pitch sessions with the club (to include taster sessions & training)
- Plan sessions to meet the needs of the participants that are progressive and appropriate.
- Coach the team during BUCS fixtures, that happen at the weekends.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of a Level 2 BAFCA Coaching Qualification.
- Show strong communication, motivational and leadership skills.
- Show knowledge of health and safety regulations in sports coaching.
- Show commitment to inclusivity and student development.
Desirable Experience
- Coaching competitive university teams.
- Have a valid first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
Start date of job: 21st September 2026
Description Coaching 2 hours per week, Tuesday 8pm-10pm and Sundays 1pm-4pm when there are no scheduled fixtures voluntary, along with pitchside coaching at fixtures, mainly Sundays, start times vary.
Salary: Voluntary
