Responsibilities
- Ensure zero-patient-harm culture and excellent clinical outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing clinical and business teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in one of the health professions (i.e. Nursing), business administration, public administration or another suitable field preferred.
- Minimum five years’ experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) operations management required.
- Good command of the English language, both verbal and written, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients and others.
- Demonstrates proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
- Able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Must have an acute attention to detail.
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $81,120.00 to $117,478.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
