With offices across North Carolina, our Blue Ridge Region is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team at Blue Ridge Regional Surgery Center. The ASC Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the daily operations of the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, as well as standards established by accrediting organizations. This role provides leadership in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of policies and procedures that support the safe delivery of high-quality patient care. Acting under the authority delegated by the Governing Board, the ASC Administrator provides strategic and operational direction to achieve the organization's mission, clinical excellence goals, and financial objectives. The Administrator oversees operational initiatives, promotes regulatory compliance, ensures efficient resource utilization, and fosters a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the facility.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of executive-level experience managing a physician practice.
- Knowledge and experience working with orthopedic surgeons is preferred
- B.S. in Business Administration or related clinical field.
- A master's prepared with an MBA or MHA strongly preferred
