Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, supervision, and development for a team of four Registered Nurses, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered culture.
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor, assisting with onboarding, coaching, performance management, and staff education.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care, workflow efficiency, and patient outcomes.
- Aid in daily clinic operations, including staffing coordination, workflow management, problem-solving, and resource allocation.
- Support quality improvement initiatives, patient experience goals, and operational performance metrics to ensure excellence in ambulatory care delivery.
Qualifications
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
- Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN).
- Bachelor’s of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Two years experience preferred.
