Ambulatory Patient Care Resources RN (CLIN NURSE 2)
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like Apply By Date? Actually "Apply By Date" is application instruction, should be removed. Also remove navigation/legal/EEO etc. Must keep details like Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Key Responsibilities, Department Overview, Department Specific Job Scope, POSITION INFORMATION (salary, schedule, location, benefits), Benefits description, Physical Demands, Environmental Demands, Mental Demands, Work Environment, Special Requirements? Those might be considered boilerplate? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Special Requirements like background check, drug screening, etc. Might be considered legal/boilerplate? Probably should remove as it's not substantive job content? But it's about employment conditions. Might be considered legal. Safer to remove. Also remove "References reflect an overall meets or exceeds." etc. We need to preserve substantive info: Job Summary, Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Key Responsibilities (with percentages), Department Overview, Department Specific Job Scope, POSITION INFORMATION (salary range, frequency, grade, job title? Actually job title is already shown, we shouldn't repeat as heading but we can include in paragraph? The instruction: do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can include salary, schedule, location, appointment type, etc in a paragraph under maybe "Pay" and "Schedule" sections. Benefits section: we have benefits description. Pay: we have salary range $77.41 - $104.16 hourly. Schedule: shift 8AM-5PM. Also maybe location. We need sections: About the role (maybe from Job Summary). Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities with percentages and also responsibilities listed earlier). Requirements (Minimum Qualifications). Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications). Skills (maybe list of skills from Minimum Qualifications like ability to use medical terminology, etc). Benefits (benefits description). Pay (salary range). Schedule (shift). Ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve ALL substantive information. That's a lot. We need to include everything from Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Key Responsibilities, Department Overview, Department Specific Job Scope, POSITION INFORMATION (salary, schedule, location, appointment type, union representation, benefits eligible), Benefits description, Physical Demands, Environmental Demands, Mental Demands, Work Environment. That's a lot of detail. We need to decide where to place each. We can create sections: About the role (Job Summary). Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities percentages plus responsibilities listed in Job Summary and Department Specific Job Scope). Requirements (Minimum Qualifications). Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications). Skills (maybe extract skill statements from Minimum Qualifications like ability to read/write/speak English, utilize medical terminology, knowledge of current trends, commitment to excellence, interpersonal skills, accountability, adaptability, knowledge of legal implications, performance improvement, basic computer skills, ability to assess/plan/implement/evaluate, mastery of relational competencies). Benefits (benefits description). Pay (salary range). Schedule (shift 8AM-5PM). Also maybe include location, appointment type, union representation under a "Position Details" but we don't have a heading for that; we could fold into About the role or Responsibilities? Better to create a section "Position Details" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are only those listed. So we must fit extra info into those sections or drop if not fitting. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can combine. We could put location, appointment type, union representation, benefits eligible under About the role or Responsibilities? Might be okay. But we must not omit substantive info. So we need to include all those details somewhere. Let's plan:
