Position Summary As a Nurse Practitioner in our Infusion Center, you will provide advanced clinical care to patients receiving specialty biologic and disease-modifying therapies. Working alongside physicians, pharmacists, and infusion nurses, you will perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, interpret laboratory results, provide patient education, and support the safe delivery of infusion therapies. As your experience grows, you will function with increasing clinical autonomy while remaining aligned with Arizona scope-of-practice requirements. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including histories, physical examinations, and clinical evaluationsInterpret laboratory and diagnostic results to support treatment decisionsDevelop and manage individualized plans of care in collaboration with prescribing providersOversee specialty biologic and disease-modifying infusion and injectable therapiesMonitor patients for infusion-related reactions and changes in conditionProvide education to patients and caregivers regarding therapies, side effects, and disease managementDocument clinical encounters accurately and timely, including ICD-10 and CPT codingMaintain compliance with HIPAA, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and reimbursement teams to coordinate careSupport clinical quality initiatives, protocol development, and process improvement efforts Qualifications Required Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited programActive, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in ArizonaCurrent or eligible collaborative/supervisory agreement, if applicableCurrent CPR certificationStrong interest in specialty infusion, chronic disease management, or outpatient procedural care Preferred Previous infusion, biologic therapy, or outpatient clinical experienceExperience with chronic disease managementExposure to ambulatory care or infusion center settings New graduates and early-career Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to apply.
