Ambulatory Infusion Center Nurse Practitioner

About the role

AIS Healthcare is seeking a motivated and clinically driven Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their ambulatory infusion center in Phoenix, Arizona. This full-time, onsite role provides the opportunity to care for patients receiving specialty biologic and disease-modifying therapies in a structured outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive patient assessments, including histories, physical examinations, and clinical evaluations
• Interpret laboratory and diagnostic results to support treatment decisions
• Develop and manage individualized plans of care in collaboration with prescribing providers
• Oversee specialty biologic and disease-modifying infusion and injectable therapies
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and reimbursement teams to coordinate care
• Support clinical quality initiatives, protocol development, and process improvement efforts

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona
• Current or eligible collaborative/supervisory agreement, if applicable
• Current CPR certification
• Strong interest in specialty infusion, chronic disease management, or outpatient procedural care
• Previous infusion, biologic therapy, or outpatient clinical experience preferred
• Exposure to ambulatory care or infusion center settings
