Ambulatory Clinical Tech Family Medicine

About the role

Acts as a team member in the delivery of quality patient care under the supervision of a Provider or Registered Nurse (RN) in the examination and treatment of patients to facilitate clinic flow and provide excellent patient care. Performs basic skills per department guidelines and policies; communicates observations to members of the health care team. It will also include rooming patients, collecting vitals, and assisting in minor office procedures.

Responsibilities

• EPIC In basket work.
• Processing FMLA and short-term Disability work.
• Answering phones.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• An AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required within 90 days.
