About the role

Serves as a clinical liaison, supporting patients with pelvic floor disorders, incontinence, prolapse, and postoperative recovery through education, care planning, triage, and care navigation.

Responsibilities

• Supports patients with pelvic floor disorders, incontinence, prolapse, and postoperative recovery through education, care planning, triage, and care navigation.
• Balances hands-on nursing with back-office duties, including nurse-led procedures and assisting providers during clinic sessions.
• Ensures patient safety, manages patient flow, coordinates care, and supports patient self-management.
• Communicates with patients, families, and providers, verifies orders, documents in EMR, and responds to treatment-related inquiries.

Requirements

• Nursing degree
• Valid RN license
• BLS certification
• 2+ years of RN experience

Preferred

• Medical office work experience
