Ambulatory Cardiology Non-Invasive Cardiac Testing (ACG)- RN 2, Outpatient

Responsibilities

• Provides competent direct patient care based on established standards.
• Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level.
• Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services.
• Affords expanded roles such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of New York.
• Experience in Cardiology preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Individualized training in moderate sedation procedures, exercise, pharmacological, and nuclear stress testing.
• Participation in service activities, strong teamwork, and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Completion of a BSN program preferred.
• Completion of an approved clinical residency program preferred.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR).

• $38.76 - $52.33 per hour.
