Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE
- Lead generation systems, execute weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE
- Technology: Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
- Intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
- Excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions
- Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones
- Overcoming objections comes naturally
- Strong communicator and committed to service
Skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid Utah real estate license (Required to join the team!)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using technology and real estate software tools
- Organized and Prepared, ready to run!
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
