Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality haircuts, color services, and styling to clients
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques through sponsored educational opportunities
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain salon standards and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hair Design or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of professional hairstyling experience
• Valid Illinois cosmetology license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
