Ambassador

About the Role

The Ambassador serves as a main contact and key informational hub to guests on the gaming floor. Assists with marketing and promotional programs. The Team Member may be required to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Increases value of the brand of the company with all programs and execution of programs.
• Identifies value of the brand of the company with all programs and execution of programs.
• Executes guest loyalty, relationships and direct marketing programs.
• Provides service to respond to guest requirements.
• Assists guests on the gaming floor with understanding HHR machine play.
• Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of all special events, promotions, advertising campaigns, and community events.
• Displays superior people skills and projects mature presence and confidence.
• Performs duties related to stocking of inventory.
• Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information in accordance with established procedures with company policy and state regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One (1) year of customer service experience and/or training preferred.
• A combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Must obtain valid Virginia Racing Commission License.
• Valid Driver's License.

Skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent guest service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

Compensation is $16.00 per hour.
