Ambassador

About the role

You will be the first and last impression with our client’s customers, providing a warm welcome and delivering memorably excellent service. This position offers upward mobility within Propark Mobility, a leading parking and mobility company.

Pay

$15.00 per hour

Schedule

Part‑time. Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Parking and/or university operations experience preferred.
• Customer service experience.
• Knowledge of The Ohio State University campus a plus.
• Flexible and willing to work multiple facility locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and employees.
• Greet customers and respond promptly to correspondence and problem resolution.
• Display a caring attitude and develop rapport with customers.
• Assist customers in elevators, lobbies, and lanes.
• Promote good customer relations by consistently delivering premier satisfaction with a friendly, can‑do demeanor.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Non‑Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete small cleaning tasks as directed by local management.
• Participate in special projects, including event coverage at OSU Stadium, Schottenstein Center, etc.

Physical Demands

The employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands‑to‑fingers, handle tools or controls, reach with hands or arms, talk, and hear. Occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 10 lb.

Work Environment

The employee may be subjected to prevailing weather conditions, fumes, and airborne particles. Noise levels range from minimal to moderate.
