Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for AWS strategic partners
  • Lead the onboarding process for new partners adopting AWS solutions
  • Deliver engaging enablement sessions and technical workshops for partner teams
  • Support partners in navigating AWS programs for capability and tier advancements
  • Drive adoption of AWS tools and best practices among partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling technical value propositions
  • Manage structured sales operations, supporting pipeline visibility and forecasting

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in AWS environments with strong technical skills and AWS Certification
  • Background in account management, contract negotiations, and program creation
  • Experience with AWS console and services (e.g., IAM, Billing)
  • Proven track record of guiding partners through cloud adoption journeys
  • Strong understanding of AWS account structures and profitability models
  • Familiarity with AWS funding mechanisms and industry use cases
  • Experience in supporting partner-led go-to-market strategies
