About the role
Roles take place in a sortation center where you will sort, scan, and stack packages on pallets, preparing orders for delivery. Shifts are flexible, allowing you to choose and adjust your schedule as needed.
Responsibilities
- Receive and sort inventory
- Prepare customer orders for delivery
- Use technology such as scanners, computers, and handheld printers
- Perform tasks including lifting up to 49 pounds, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and moving items up and down stairs
- Work at heights up to 40 feet on mezzanines

- Surroundings: Moving machines, order pickers, stand-up forklifts, turret trucks, and mobile carts
- Activity: Standing, walking, climbing stairs, engaging throughout the shift
- Temperature: Varies from 60°F to 90°F, can exceed 90°F on hot days in the truck yard or trailers
- Noise level: Can be noisy, hearing protection provided
- Dress code: Relaxed, comfortable, closed-toe shoes required, protective safety footwear in select units

Schedule flexibility
- Full-time (40 hours), reduced-time (30-36 hours), or part-time (20 hours or less)
- Option to work additional hours
- Shift options: Overnight, early morning, day, evening, weekend

- Instant cash out of up to 70% of earnings after shift (for select employee groups)
