Amazon Picker Packer - Flexible Shifts

About the Role

Responsible for preparing packages for delivery at a fast-paced warehouse. Tasks include receiving, sorting, building, wrapping, and transporting pallets and packages, and using technology to scan and organize orders.

Responsibilities

• Receive truck deliveries and prepare packages for dispatch.
• Operate equipment like carts, dollies, and hand trucks to move items.
• Build, wrap, sort, and stage pallets and packages.
• Use smartphones and handheld devices for scanning and sorting.

Requirements

• Be 18 years or older and able to understand instructions in English.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical activities such as standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching.
• Comfort working in varying temperatures and around moving vehicles.
• Operate equipment safely and follow safety protocols.

Work Environment

• Climate-controlled facilities with some activities requiring standing, walking, or climbing stairs.
• Noise levels may vary; safety gear is provided.
