About the role

The Amazon Health Services team is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Risk Manager, Pharmacy Business Compliance. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of pharmacy operations while adhering to all relevant regulations and laws.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on the product and tech landscape within the pharmacy org.
• Collaborate with all compliance functions, Legal, 3P vendors and stakeholders to understand federal, state and local laws and regulations.
• Translate laws and regulations to actionable User-Stories for operational leaders, product and tech teams to create manual containment strategies and programmatic scalable solutions.
• Partner with Amazon Pharmacy’s Product and Tech teams to align compliance needs and provide guidance on prioritization, entitlements and risks.
• Advise the business on existing risks, as well as projected future products and offerings by the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of regulatory and risk management experience
• 2+ years experience with technology, process improvement, and program management
