About Our Client:The organization operates in the Amazon e-commerce space, focusing on growing existing sellers through PPC and catalogue management, building brands from sourcing to launch and ongoing management, and launching its own Amazon brands. It manages around 12 brands and aims to scale operations efficiently to support business growth. About the Opportunity:The AMAZON OPERATIONS MANAGER role is responsible for overseeing brand-building operations and managing two key pipelines—new product development and client launch processes. This position ensures smooth coordination across sourcing, supply chain, catalogue, design, and PPC functions while maintaining clear client communication. The role is critical for maintaining operational flow, enabling founders to focus on broader business strategy. Responsibilities:Manage the new product pipeline from sourcing to prioritizationCoordinate client launch pipeline steps with clear ownership and deadlinesConduct daily reviews of launch progress, blockers, and communication updatesCollaborate with supply chain to track orders, stock, logistics, and forecast salesResolve blockers and follow up on outstanding quotes and prioritiesCoordinate catalogue, design, and PPC specialists to meet deadlinesManage the client brand-building journey and communicate updates regularlyMaintain trackers and reporting, flagging issues with action plansImprove operational systems through SOPs, workflows, and automationLead weekly operations meetings and report progress and risks to foundersDevelop into broader operations leadership with team-building opportunities Requirements:Minimum 7 years in operations leadership within e-commerce, Amazon, or supply-chain-heavy businessesStrong understanding of Amazon, catalogue workflows, and product launch processesDemonstrated client management skills, including handling difficult conversations professionallyHigh organizational skills with excellent follow-through and tracker maintenanceProficient in written English suitable for client communicationExperience designing and implementing disciplined processes; familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Notion, or AirtableAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong cross-team coordination and accountability skillsSelf-directed with proactive problem-solving capabilitiesLocated in or working hours overlapping with EU time zonesProficient in using AI tools to enhance workflows Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
