Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Help with errands, shopping, and transportation when needed
• Follow individualized care plans and client preferences
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition or needs
• Encourage independence, dignity, safety, and comfort

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or home-care experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Recent TB test or ability to complete required TB testing
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and trustworthy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet company requirements and complete required documentation
• Must be able to provide proof of vaccination

Pay

$15–$18 per hour. Final pay rate determined at orientation.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time opportunities. Flexible scheduling based on your availability and client needs. Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Biweekly pay.
