Pay Rates Standard Pay: $16 - $20 per hour Weekend Premium Pay Shift added Caregiver Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed Perform light housekeeping and laundry Provide medication reminders Monitor and report changes in client condition Accurately document care provided Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff Accompany clients to appointments or errands when needed Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality Proven reliability and punctuality are essential Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred Ability to pass background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screening Caregiving experience preferred but not required Parkinson’s and Dementia care experience are a plus but not required What We Offer Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour ($2.00 added for weekend shifts) Paid orientation Paid initial and on-going training First Shift Caregiver Reliability Bonus 40 hr Caregiver Reliability Bonus 80 hr Caregiver Reliability Bonus Quarterly Caregiver Raffle (prizes and gift cards) Referral bonus program (Caregivers & Clients) Caregiver of The Month Award Winner Bonus Ongoing caregiver support Company Paid Access to a leadership and personal development library website for you and your family Prescription Discount Card Early Pay Access (Paycheck Advance) Company Paid Employee Assistance Service Why Join Senior Helpers?
