AM Server Assistant - Full-time - $17.50 per hour

About the role

The Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the food server in serving the guests. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to grooming standards and expectations in our business casual environment
• Attend to the cleanliness of the restaurant as needed
• Be knowledgeable of menu options and daily specials
• Provide a friendly, warm, and genuine environment
• Maintain communication with serving staff and leaders
• Assist with side work duties as needed
• Demonstrate adaptability and a collaborative spirit by supporting various Food and Beverage operations as needed, including restaurant service and banquet functions
• Accept and fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership, acknowledging that duties may evolve and are not limited to those listed

Qualifications

• A true desire to serve others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and be mobile for 90% or more of each shift
• Must be able to lift and carry a moderate amount of weight
