About the role
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the day-to-day supervision and operation of the outlets. You will train new associates, assist with scheduling, interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, and resolve any issues. Additionally, you will help with ordering, completing requisitions, and ensuring day-to-day side work is completed by associates.

Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role in Food and Beverage
- Thorough knowledge of Food and Beverage discipline
- Food handler and TIPS (or equivalent) certifications
- Familiarity with health department standards
- Passion for the hospitality industry and creating memorable guest experiences
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
