AM.PM,NOC Caregiver Needed

About the role

An Appleton resident who is disabled is seeking a caregiver to assist with all daily living tasks. This is a direct-hire, self-directed position (not an agency) offering full-time or part-time shifts with flexibility to accommodate your personal life. You are paid for sleep hours, with care needed 1–2 times per night—ideal for light sleepers.

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Friday 4:00 PM – Saturday 2:00 PM
• Saturday 2:00 PM – Sunday 8:00 AM

Awake and sleep hours are paid; overtime is paid accordingly.

Pay

$16.50/hour

Responsibilities

• Trach suctioning and operating a ventilator overnight (training provided)
• Companionship and conversation
• Prepare meals and/or snacks according to the client’s preference
• Assist with transfers using a sit-to-stand device
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Assist with personal hygiene and dressing

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a Wisconsin caregiver background check
• Honesty and reliability
• Smoke-free home environment

No prior experience required—paid training is provided.
