AM Operations Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Uses understanding of the larger supply chain network to lead and drive departmental objectives.
- Implements appropriate plans to achieve desired results in a timely manner.
- Analyzes data and information to identify new opportunities for cost reduction and innovation; provides thoughtful recommendation & standard process solutions.
- Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with the brand, cross-functional partners and key team members across the logistics network.
- Spending majority of workday on the floor coaching and developing top talent by providing feedback on performance which is timely, specific and accurate; focusing on strengths and development opportunities.
- Clearly clarifies roles and responsibilities for each team member ensuring understanding and commitment to specific objectives and a collaborative work approach.
- In partnership with the Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator, supports compliance and performance improvements pertaining to Safety and Regulatory expectations.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience & consistent track record of success around developing talent in a high volume, customer focused environment.
- Proven interpersonal, organizational, and thinking skills.
- Able to multi-task & handle conflicting priorities.
- Able to work with and influence associates at varying levels of responsibility and functional expertise.
- Computer skills within Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to effectively learn new systems.
- Conflict resolution / solution-focused mindset.
