AM Operations Clerk

About the role

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD) is a subsidiary of GSF, specializing in custom last-mile distribution for the food service industry. Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, QCD operates 25 distribution centers serving thousands of restaurants across the U.S., delivering over 37,000 orders weekly. QCD also supports a national non-profit, the GSF Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and shipment information with speed and accuracy using warehouse systems
• Manage key documents such as load plans, bills of lading, driver logs, and product complaints
• Track supplier credits, purchase orders, and inventory variances in coordination with other teams
• Print and distribute picking and shipping forms to keep workflows moving
• Conduct or support cycle counts and slot audits to maintain inventory integrity
• Resolve issues with product counts, orders, or documentation across departments

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years in operations, admin support, or order processing (warehouse setting a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry under time constraints
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word; experience with JDE, JDA, or Power BI is a plus
• Ability to stay organized across shifting priorities and multiple systems
• Clear communication skills and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally

Schedule

Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse
Wed to Sat 8:00am-6:30pm
