Education and Experience

• Minimum of high school education
• One (1) year in a similar role preferred

• Operates available equipment such as cash registers and calculators
• Basic mathematical skills for making change and giving refunds
• Flexible working hours and shifts

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of restaurant personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests
• Schedules dining reservations and arranges special services for diners
• Greets and escorts guests, provides menus
• Inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness
• Collections payments from guests
• Totals receipts at the end of the shift
• Performs various other duties as assigned
