About the role
The Senior Account Executive or Account Supervisor, Health will join a dynamic Healthcare team, which is Porter Novelli’s largest practice globally. This role provides a clear path for career growth and involves a blend of science and data, focusing on product communications for a groundbreaking client in the neurology space.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of public relations plans
- Aid in bringing strategic ideas to life by contributing to PR programs aligned with client goals and reflecting key industry trends
- Lead development of internal and external communication materials for scientific milestones and regulatory approvals that resonate with audiences, including media, healthcare professionals, and patient communities
- Support content creation, media materials, and sponsored content as part of high-visibility celebrity and influencer campaigns, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
- Collaborate with earned specialists to research media targets, develop media lists, draft outreach materials; lead team monitoring efforts on a daily basis and around data milestones
- Partner with colleagues across digital, paid, media, and analytics functions to support the development of integrated campaign elements
- Manage project timelines and team bandwidth, ensuring execution stays on track amid tight turns
- Pitch in where needed, supporting teammates with coordination, documentation, and execution across various projects and deliverables
- Serve as a junior team mentor, providing direction and feedback to junior team members in daily and ongoing responsibilities; mentoring them for growth within the team
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new team members
Requirements
- High science expertise is a must
- Enormous commitment to making a difference in healthcare PR
- Thorough understanding of rules and regulations in consumer and/or pharma healthcare space
- 3-4+ years of PR/communications experience, with PR agency experience being advantageous
- Familiarity with Veeva and preparing documents for MLR reviews is a strong advantage

Pay
The anticipated salary range for the Senior Account Executive role is $70,000 - $80,000 and for the Account Supervisor role is $80,000 - $90,000. Salary is based on a range of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
