About the role

Reports to Kiln managers; position is non-exempt. Play an integral part of a team of restaurant professionals in our gorgeous, historic building. As a part of our guest facing colleagues, you will collaborate with culinary, bar and leadership to provide memorable “unreasonable hospitality” for our translocal guests. With Washington, DC just minutes away, Hotel Heron acts as a beacon just across the river, inviting travelers to explore beyond the National Mall and Monuments to discover a city ripe for its new renaissance. Requirements

• Mornings open availability
• Technical knowledge of barista tools, techniques, and recipes
• Ability to use different brewing devices
• Capable of working independently and efficiently
