Alumni Relations and Gift Processing Coordinator

Job Description

The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School is seeking a Coordinator, Program to support alumni relations and process gifts and pledges to Law Development and Alumni Relations ("LDAR").

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in experience required
• 2-3 years’ experience in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, adaptable, energetic and articulate with a positive attitude
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Familiarity with social media platforms preferred
• Experience with Cvent, Qualtrics, Salesforce, and MarketingCloud a plus
• Ability to travel and staff events
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends

• Additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Data Services
