About the role

The Office of Alumni & Development is dedicated to enriching and advancing the experience for all students and building a student-centered culture with a commitment to inclusion and innovation. Responsibilities

  • Create, design, and disseminate all marketing and communications efforts for the Office of Alumni and Development.
  • Refresh the department website content to create an engaging online presence of the Alumni and Development activities.
  • Be responsible for content creation and posting and monitoring of department social media channels.
  • Additional design work for the development and stewardship team is required.
  • Participate in All Department Sponsored Events And Activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Experience In Designing Marketing And Communications materials, including print, web, digital and social media
  • Experience with the following platforms: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Drupal, and all Adobe products
  • Excellent writing, editing and communication skills
  • Ability to work well with minimal supervision and in a collaborative setting
  • Ability to produce high quality work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to actively contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Positive, collaborative, diligent, and capable of managing multiple priorities/projects

Qualifications

  • Must possess excellent writing, editing and communication skills

Benefits

Salary Range is $60,000 - $65,000

Pay

Full-time, 12-month APA position

Schedule

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some nights, and weekends
