Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings, including dimensions, notes, and revision-controlled instructions.
- Execute aluminum production work orders to support on-time delivery and quality standards.
- Cut, machine (Haas CNC, drill press, tapping machine), and assemble aluminum extrusions using hand and power tools per work instructions.
- Assemble customer-defined kits and verify accuracy of contents prior to shipment.
- Maintain complete production paperwork and ensure all in-process and outgoing products are properly labeled.
- Record inspection and quality results using the electronic quality system.
- Cookordinate with Purchasing, Shipping & Receiving, and Sales to resolve production issues as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred, or equivalent relevant manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness while meeting productivity expectations.
- Able to work effectively and communicate professionally in a team environment.
- Must be able to obtain forklift certification at JHF.
