About the Role
We are seeking an Officer-level independent contributor to join the Alternative Investments Transformation team. This role involves collaborating closely with Alternative Investments technology, various internal and external stakeholders, and tackling diverse and challenging tasks. Ideal candidates will quickly familiarize themselves with existing solutions and design impactful solutions for both our internal operations team and clients. Strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver projects on time are essential.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and interpret end-user requirements, working with cross-functional teams to meet those needs through to implementation.
- Resolve and escalate project and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Provide business requirements and analysis to internal and external clients on current and future state operating models.
- Create test and execute documentation to demonstrate that newly developed functionality aligns with business use cases.
- Understand, follow, and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal policies and procedures, while contributing to the development of best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- 3+ years of experience working within an investment firm in a technology, front office, or software-related role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Jira, and Confluence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Alternative Investments.
Pay
Salary Range: $70,000 - $118,750 Annual. The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location, the applicable range could differ.
