This role supports the planning, execution, and follow-up of educational events focused on Alternative Investments. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external investment partners to deliver both in-person and virtual educational experiences for financial advisors, clients, and prospective clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, meeting milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent events.
  • Partner with Alternative Investments specialists, Origination, Private Markets and Hedge Fund partners, Marketing, Event Supervision, and local market teams to coordinate event logistics and content.
  • Facilitate pre-event approval processes, ensuring all required materials, invitations, agendas, and communications receive appropriate business and compliance approvals.
  • Work closely with Event Supervision to ensure adherence to firm policies, regulatory requirements, and event governance standards.
  • Oversee attendee management, registration, communications, speaker coordination, and event logistics.
  • Execute post-event activities including attendee reporting, follow-up communications, documentation, expense reconciliation, and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal line of business partners and external third-party firms to ensure successful execution of educational events.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance the overall event experience.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years’ experience in financial services.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in alternative investments.
  • Hold or attain Series 7 and 66 licenses within 120 days of hire.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and meet clearly defined measurements.
  • Self-motivated, adaptive, with a positive attitude and high energy.

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours per week), 1st shift. This role may require onsite work in accordance with the workplace excellence policy.
