Alternative Investments Manager/Senior Manager

Role Overview: This position involves managing a diverse client portfolio, leading tax teams, and providing expert guidance on U.S. GAAP and tax regulations. You will oversee engagement risk, financial performance, and client deliverables, ensuring high-quality tax advice and compliance. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for internal and external clients, managing relationships and expectations.Lead and direct teams of tax professionals on various client projects.Analyze and interpret tax laws affecting clients, developing strategies and supporting arguments.Manage engagement risks, billing, collections, and project budgets.Contribute to market activities, mentor team members, and provide leadership in client service delivery. Qualifications & Skills Minimum five years of recent corporate tax experience supporting investment entities, with prior managerial experience in a public accounting firm.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; CPA, JD/LLM, or EA credential required or to be obtained within one year.Proficiency in taxation of corporations, partnerships, and flow-through entities.Excellent communication skills to articulate complex financial information clearly. Additional for Senior Manager: At least eight years of relevant experience, with expertise in reviewing tax returns (1120 RIC, 1065), managing multiple client engagements, and mentoring teams.
