Alternative Investments Manager/Senior Manager

Role Overview Seeking a Manager/Senior Manager in Business Tax Services to lead client portfolios, direct tax teams, and provide high-quality tax advice. This role involves analyzing GAAP rules, managing engagement risks, and ensuring financial performance, including billing and budgeting. Additional responsibilities include participating in market activities, mentoring team members, and maintaining client relationships. Qualifications & Skills Minimum five years (Senior Manager: eight years) of recent corporate tax experience, especially with alternative investments such as investment partnerships and mutual funds.Experience supporting tax compliance, managing multiple client engagements, and reviewing tax returns (1120 RIC, 1065, Schedule K-1).Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; CPA, JD/LLM, or EA credentials required or within one year of employment.Proficiency in taxation of corporations, partnerships, and flow-through entities; excellent communication skills.
