Alternative Fuels Technician
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones.
Thus we need to decide which sections to include. We have Benefits content: list of benefits: company funded tuition assistance, Paid Time Off, 401(k) – 100% Match up to 5%, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance after 30 days, Competitive Pay, Career Development, Paid weekly, Overtime to be paid starting at 40 hours worked per week, Performance based quarterly and annual bonuses, Tool allowance, Company provided vehicle and cellular device, Company provided uniform package. Also "Competitive hourly pay determined upon location and level of experience." That's pay.
We have Responsibilities: Job Functions list (multiple bullet-like sentences). We'll put them in
- .
We have Experience and Qualifications: list of requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, High School diploma or GED (accredited) required, Valid Driver’s License and meet state requirements as required by law, Knowledge and/or experience in electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, CNG, RNG, and mechanical STRONGLY preferred, Industry verbal and written communication skills, data entry, attention to detail, self-motivated, ability to multitask with excellent time management skills, Ability to interpret and utilize service software AND have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, Ability to execute mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to diagnose and accomplish necessary repairs, Background Checks: All offers of employment may be conditioned on receipt of a background check report and/or drug screen that is acceptable to Love’s Companies and its affiliates, Physical Demands: Availability to respond to on-call service requests, 24/7 and 365 days per year, Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, Ability to walk, bend, reach, push, stoop, squat and climb as needed to perform routine inspections and maintenance, Physically able to operate a motorized vehicle, walk, bend, reach, push, stoop, squat, climb, type on computer keyboard, and use of required hand tools, to perform routine inspections and maintenance as needed, Willingness to operate under all types of weather conditions, Required travel as needed, Required to provide own tools to perform routine maintenance and repairs of equipment.
We also have "Our Culture" paragraph about Love's history etc. That's not exactly about the role but could be "About the role" or "About the company". The instruction says we can use About the role heading for prose about role/company. So we can include an About the role section with the paragraph: "Welcome to Love’s Alternative Energy: Love's Alternative Energy designs, builds and maintains the most superior quality renewable and alternative energy infrastructure, simplifying sustainability. If you're ready for a challenging and rewarding career, join us and help deliver on our promise of strong performance for our clients. In this role you'll be responsible to maintain, adjust, diagnose, and make periodic inspections of electrical and mechanical equipment at Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) and EV stations such as but not limited to control panels, actuators, pumps, valves, meters, and other various equipment in a safe, timely, and efficient manner." Also maybe include the culture paragraph? It's about company culture; could be part of About the role or separate? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine the welcome paragraph and culture paragraph into About the role. That would be substantive.
We also have Pay info: "Competitive Pay", "Competitive hourly pay determined upon location and level of experience." Also "Paid weekly." Overtime info. Also "Performance based quarterly and annual bonuses." Those could go under Pay section or Benefits. Since they are compensation, we could put them under Pay. Benefits section could be for non-monetary benefits: tuition assistance, PTO, 401k match, insurance, career development, tool allowance, company vehicle, cellular device, uniform package. Pay section: Competitive Pay, Competitive hourly pay determined upon location and level of experience, Paid weekly, Overtime to be paid starting at 40 hours worked per week, Performance based quarterly and annual bonuses. Also maybe "Tool allowance" is a benefit but could be either. We'll keep it in Benefits.
Schedule: "Paid weekly" is about pay frequency, not schedule. There's no explicit schedule like shift times. So maybe we don't create Schedule section because no specific schedule info. The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. We have Pay info, so we can create Pay section. We have Benefits info, so Benefits section. Schedule: we don't have explicit schedule like "Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm" etc. So we should not create Schedule section.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Benefits, Pay.
We need to use
for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose, use
.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc.
We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all bullet points from Benefits, Responsibilities, Experience and Qualifications, and the prose paragraphs.
We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Love's is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Veterans encouraged to apply." That's EEO boilerplate; remove.
Also remove "Background Checks:" maybe it's not boilerplate but it's a condition; it's substantive? It's about hiring process; could be considered part of Requirements? It's a condition of employment. The instruction says remove application instructions, but background check is not exactly application instruction; it's a condition. Might keep it as part of Requirements. However it's somewhat procedural; but we can keep.
Also "Physical Demands:" is part of Requirements.
We need to ensure we don't duplicate lines. The posting had some duplication? Not obvious.
Now craft HTML.
