The Alternative Delivery Manager position focuses on small modular nuclear reactor power projects. Responsibilities include providing direction and management throughout the project lifecycle, from business development to design management. Responsibilities
- Provide direction and management for all phases of alternative/collaborative delivery projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, owners, developers, contractors, and engineers.
- Facilitate early engagement with clients and manage project pursuits.
- Communicate and drive progress with internal stakeholders.
- Review RFPs, estimates, and ensure proposal quality and compliance with RFP requirements.
- Build and sustain relationships with clients and team members.
- Lead project pursuits and project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field.
- 10+ years of project management, construction management experience, or an equivalent combination of experience.
- Experience in alternative delivery projects, including design build and EPC.
- Experience in key project leadership roles.
- Experience with technical writing and scheduling, estimating, and project controls software.
- A valid driver license and acceptable driving record.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field.
- 10+ years of project management, construction management experience, or an equivalent combination of experience.
- Experience in alternative delivery projects, including design build and EPC.
- Experience in key project leadership roles.
- Experience with technical writing and scheduling, estimating, and project controls software.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and organized.
- Ability to multitask and manage both internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Strong understanding of nuclear and nuclear regulation.
- Experience with alternative delivery methods such as design build and EPC.
- Technical writing and scheduling, estimating, and project controls software proficiency.

Pay
Expected Salary Range: $147,000—$203,000 USD
Schedule
Travel requirements may exceed 50% depending on assignment and project requirements.
