About the role
The Alternative Delivery Manager role focuses on small modular nuclear reactor power projects. Responsibilities include providing direction and management across all phases of alternative/collaborative delivery projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide direction and management for all phases of alternative/collaborative delivery projects.
- Engage in business development, teaming, pursuits & proposals, and active contract and design management.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion while promoting client relationships.
- Drive decision-making and communicate progress with internal stakeholders.
- Build and sustain relationships with clients and team members.
- Lead project pursuits and project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field.
- 10+ years of project management, construction management experience, or equivalent.
- Experience in alternative delivery projects, including design build and EPC.
- Technical writing experience.
- Experience with scheduling, estimating, and project controls software.

Pay
Expected Salary Range: $147,000—$203,000 USD
Schedule
Travel requirements may exceed 50% based on assignment and project requirements.
